This system mainly includes the GC20A controller, AG20 automatic electrostatic powder spray gun, dust-proof electrical cabinet (IP54), PPH40 powder pump, management system, and Nozzles & Spare Parts.

      Features
      • Stable Airflow and Pressure Control: The GC20A automatic spray gun controller is equipped with DVC digital valve technology and PCC precise current control, helping maintain stable airflow and pressure during the coating process. It also provides precise current adjustment below 10 µA, preventing powder overcharging and improving coating stability and quality.
      • Programmable Coating Programs: The GC20A controller supports up to 20 programmable coating programs, and each parameter group can be saved automatically for future use.
      • Open Communication and Connectivity: It is equipped with a CANOpen communication module and provides an EDS file, offering strong support for secondary development and equipment connectivity.
      • Self-Diagnosis and One-Touch Cleaning: The system features built-in self-diagnosis and one-touch cleaning. It can automatically detect operating status, identify issues in time, and simplify spray gun cleaning and maintenance to improve color change efficiency.

      The dust-proof electrical cabinet uses a multi-sealing design, including silicone rubber sealing rings and sealed connectors, to achieve IP54 protection. It helps prevent the ingress of dust, moisture, and corrosive substances, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.

      The GC20NA-C controller and GC20A controller can be expanded with the CoatPilot coating management system to achieve centralized management of large spray gun groups.

      AG20 Automatic Spray Gun

      The AG20 automatic spray gun features a built-in 100 kV high-performance voltage multiplication module, ensuring stable output and high powder transfer efficiency. The electrode needle adopts a three-stage air intake design that helps keep the needle tip clean, effectively prevents powder buildup, and maintains strong electrostatic release performance.

      It is suitable for most commonly used powders, including metal powders and various polyester powders. With precise voltage and current control together with a modular structure design, the AG20 delivers reliable and uniform coating quality on flat parts, recessed areas, and irregular workpieces.

      Two installation options are available

          The cable is enclosed inside the tube structure, providing better sealing performance. This design helps reduce dust accumulation and effectively minimizes dust interference and aging.

      PPH40 Powder Pump

      Suitable for fast color change and quick cleaning, the PPH40 powder pump features a plug-and-play design for fast installation, fast color change, and quick cleaning. Its quick-connect powder hose structure makes hose disassembly and reconnection easier during cleaning. The venturi tube is made of high-quality non-stick material and is equipped with a quick connector for compressed air. It provides stable and even powder feeding with excellent atomization, helping produce high-quality coatings. The maximum powder output can reach 520 g/min, depending on the actual configuration and powder type.
