Exclusive Distribution Rights
Haztek grants exclusive rights to sell our powder coating spray guns within the distributor’s assigned country or region. This exclusive authorization helps you build a strong market position without competition from other distributors of the same brand in your territory.

To support long-term cooperation, Haztek offers competitive pricing for equipment. Special discounts are also available for bulk orders, helping you increase your profit margins while delivering value to your customers.

Marketing Support
Haztek provides comprehensive marketing materials for powder coating equipment, including product catalogs, operating instructions, and promotional materials. We can also work with distributors on joint marketing activities in their local markets to increase brand visibility and support sales growth.

Sales Targets and Incentive Policies
Haztek will work with distributors to set mutually agreed sales targets. After achieving the agreed targets, distributors may qualify for additional incentive policies.

Industry Experience
Experience in the sales of powder coating equipment, surface treatment equipment, or related industrial machinery is required.

Local Sales Capability
The distributor should be able to promote and sell products in the local market and provide basic technical support.

Customer Network
Existing customer resources in industries such as metal processing, aluminum profiles, automotive parts, and hardware are preferred.

After-Sales Service Capability
Basic technical support capability is required. Haztek provides training and online guidance.

Annual Purchase Target
The distributor should be willing to meet the annual purchase volume or sales targets agreed by both parties.

Brand Commitment
The distributor must actively promote the Haztek brand and must not sell counterfeit or imitation products.

Professional Marketing Capability
Priority will be given to partners who can carry out marketing activities through trade shows, online promotion, local advertising, or showroom display.

Business Plan Submission
Applicants should provide information on the local distribution situation and price levels of Gema and Wagner. Based on this information, Haztek will evaluate whether sales targets need to be adjusted. A dedicated marketing promotion plan for the exclusive distributorship should also be submitted to Haztek.
