The powder coating system for manual powder coating kits, GC21FZ with Vibratory Box Feeder is equipped with an inclined vibration table and a PPH40 powder pump, eliminating the need for a conventional powder hopper. The system draws powder directly from the original powder box, making fast color change much easier. The powder pump supports localized powder fluidization and quick cleaning, helping improve operating efficiency. The inclined vibratory platform ensures efficient powder utilization and stable powder output, making this model an ideal choice for small-batch production, sampling, and batch testing.

At the end of high-end automatic powder coating lines, the GC21FZ is used for manual touch-up of highly complex workpieces such as artistic curtain wall panels and precision instrument housings. Through CANBus connectivity, its coating data can also be synchronized with the factory monitoring system.

This system mainly includes the GC21 main controller, MG20 manual spray gun, mobile trolley, PPH40 powder pump, powder hose, pressure regulating valve and air distribution unit, standard hose connection accessories, and Nozzles & Spare Parts.
Main Controller
Equipped with digital valve technology and PCC precise current control, the unit ensures stable airflow and pressure during coating. It also provides precise current adjustment below 10 µA, helping prevent powder overcharging and improve coating stability and quality.
The GC21 controller supports up to 20 programmable coating programs, and each parameter set can be saved automatically for fast recall in future production, helping improve working efficiency.
The system includes a built-in self-diagnosis function that automatically monitors operating status, identifies issues in time, and helps keep the equipment running reliably.
Built-in 100 kV High-Voltage Module
The MG20 manual spray gun features a built-in 100 kV high-efficiency voltage multiplication circuit that ensures stable output for outstanding coating performance. It is suitable for most standard powder types and can also handle powders that are traditionally difficult to charge. Its wear-resistant design and selected materials also help reduce maintenance costs.
The MG20 spray gun offers an ergonomic design and weighs only 510 g, combining light weight with excellent durability. Its unique spray angle and handle design help reduce operator fatigue during long working hours. The external remote control module allows parameters to be adjusted easily, and preset coating programs can be switched quickly by double-clicking the trigger, helping improve production efficiency.
PPH40 Powder Pump
The PPH40 powder pump features a plug-and-play design and is suitable for fast color change and quick cleaning. Its quick-connect powder hose structure makes disassembly and reconnection easier during cleaning. The venturi tube is made of high-quality non-stick material and is equipped with a quick connector for compressed air. It delivers stable and even powder feeding with excellent atomization, helping produce high-quality coatings. The maximum powder output can reach 520 g/min, depending on the actual configuration and powder type.
Vibration Table
The vibration table uses high-frequency vibration to keep powder particles suspended and break up agglomeration caused by gravity or electrostatic attraction, resulting in better powder flowability. It also reduces friction between powder particles, helping maintain a stable and consistent powder supply to the spray gun over time. This system draws powder directly from the original powder box, so there is no need to replace or clean the powder hopper during color changes.
