Its main advantage is the replacement of the traditional powder hopper with an inclined vibratory platform design. Operators can place the original powder box directly on the vibration table, allowing the suction tube to draw powder straight from the box. With the support of a 150W high-frequency vibration motor installed at the base, the powder is guided toward the pickup point through the combined effect of gravity and mechanical vibration, helping improve powder utilization.
This direct powder feeding design eliminates the need to clean the hopper after every color change. It is an ideal choice for flexible production lines, color sampling rooms, and small processing workshops.

High-Performance Spray Gun Control UnitThe control unit is equipped with digital valve technology and PCC precise current control, helping maintain stable airflow and pressure during the coating process. It also provides precise current adjustment below 10 µA, which helps prevent powder overcharging and improves coating stability and quality.
Three preset coating modes are available for flat parts, recoat parts, and complex parts. With dedicated buttons, a touchscreen, and a stepless adjustment knob, the controller enables fast and efficient operation.

MG20 Manual Spray GunThe MG20 manual spray gun is equipped with a built-in 100 kV high-voltage module and is suitable for most standard powder types.
Its built-in 100 kV high-efficiency voltage multiplication circuit ensures stable output for better coating performance. In addition to handling most common powders, it can also coat materials that are traditionally difficult to charge. Its wear-resistant design and carefully selected materials also help reduce maintenance costs.
The MG20 spray gun features an ergonomic design and weighs only 510 g, combining light weight with strong durability. Its unique spray angle and handle design help reduce operator fatigue during long working hours. The external remote control module allows coating parameters to be adjusted easily, and preset coating programs can be switched quickly by double-clicking the trigger, helping improve working efficiency.

PPH40 Powder PumpSuitable for fast color change and quick cleaning, the PPH40 powder pump features a plug-and-play design for fast installation, fast color change, and quick cleaning. Its quick-connect powder hose structure makes hose removal and reconnection easier during cleaning. The venturi tube is made of high-quality non-stick material and is fitted with a quick connector for compressed air. It delivers stable and even powder feeding with excellent atomization, helping produce high-quality coatings. The maximum powder output can reach 520 g/min, depending on the actual configuration and powder type.

Vibration TableThe vibration table uses high-frequency vibration to keep powder particles suspended and break up agglomeration caused by gravity or electrostatic attraction, resulting in better powder flowability. It also reduces friction between powder particles, helping maintain a stable and consistent powder supply to the spray gun over time. This system draws powder directly from the original powder box, so there is no need to replace or clean the hopper during color changes.
