Equipped with a modular heavy-duty trolley and a 50l powder hopper, the GC21F is especially suitable for applications that require highly consistent coating results, such as premium aluminum curtain wall profiles and export-oriented home appliance production lines.
- Digital Core Control: The GC21 controller uses a high-performance 32-bit processor and supports up to 20 programmable coating programs. Each program can store voltage, current, powder output, and atomizing air pressure settings, allowing complex coating processes to be recalled with one touch and helping operators achieve consistent coating quality more easily.
- CANBus Connectivity: With an industrial-grade CANBus communication interface, the system can be linked with external workpiece recognition systems or reciprocators, providing strong support for intelligent production upgrades and digital factory integration.

MG20 Manual Spray GunThe MG20 manual spray gun features a built-in 100 kV high-efficiency voltage multiplication circuit that ensures stable output for outstanding coating performance. It is suitable for most standard powder types and can also handle powders that are traditionally difficult to charge. Its wear-resistant design and selected materials also help reduce maintenance costs.
The MG20 spray gun offers an ergonomic design and weighs only 510 g, combining light weight with excellent durability. Its unique spray angle and handle design help reduce operator fatigue during long working hours. The external remote control module allows parameters to be adjusted easily, and preset coating programs can be switched quickly by double-clicking the trigger, helping improve production efficiency.

PPH40 Powder PumpThe PPH40 powder pump features a plug-and-play design and is suitable for fast color change and quick cleaning. Its quick-connect powder hose structure makes disassembly and reconnection easier during cleaning. The venturi tube is made of high-quality non-stick material and is equipped with a quick connector for compressed air. It delivers stable and even powder feeding with excellent atomization, helping produce high-quality coatings. The maximum powder output can reach 520 g/min, depending on the actual configuration and powder type.
