Fully Automatic Powder Coating System for a Large Aluminum Profile Production Base in Asia
As a major aluminum profile manufacturer in Asia, AAG operates with very high daily output and places strict demands on coating line continuity and coating consistency. This project covered multiple production lines and involved more than 400 spray guns in total.

Project Results
- High Production Capacity: The system supports daily output of up to 110 tons under a two-shift production schedule.
- Significant Savings at Scale: The project helped the customer save up to RMB 2,050,000 (about USD 285,000) during the equipment procurement stage.
- Long-Term Cost Reduction: While maintaining high-quality coating performance, annual spray gun operating and maintenance costs were reduced from RMB 12,000 (about USD 1,750) per unit to RMB 5,000 (about USD 730) per unit, helping secure a strong return on investment for large-scale production lines.
